Kimberly recognizes that her practice largely consists of family members disputing the financial planning of a loved one. Thus the discussions, whether with opposing counsel or clients, require careful consideration of the circumstances in which the parties find themselves.
Having played in integral role in her own family’s interactions with losing family members, Kimberly is careful to acknowledge the deep emotions clients often experience, while focusing their attention on the legal questions at issue. Throughout each stage of a case, Kimberly will conduct a risk analysis with the client to best determine the next steps forward, always with a goal of a speedy and efficient resolution.
